Forwarding another remote set

I have a 500 set with DN 5419 Marp on it for a helpdesk number.

I then have a 3904 with lines programmed as below. The helpdesk person wants to be able to only forward the line appearance of the 5419 number to other sets when she is on break. Can she forward 5419 only, from her set? There isn't any actual set hooked up to the 500 Marp'd TN for 5419.

sure, i would build the soft set on the tn 15 ports above hers, (example.. 4 0 0 1, use 4 0 0 16) the set needs to match her set type, set a scpw, then she can use the remote call forward code t forward just the soft set.. you'll need the rcf code as programed in ld 57.. btw it will work on the analog port, i build special forward sets on the soft port for the tn, eaiser to track

Thanks John... Thats usually the way I would build it, is with the data TNs however, this was already in place. Now you said the set type would need to match hers, yet you finished off stating the 500 set would work??? So are you saying if I build the 500 set on the Data TN that cooresponds to her TN, then the RCF will work? Also can you describe the procedure to use the RCF feature.... I appreciate your help - You're the man!!!
