Forwarding all outbound email to ISP

I would like to setup me 5.5 Exchange server to foward all outbound email to my ISP's mail server -- specifically SBC's smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com server. Can this be done? If so, how? In Exchange 2003 I have used the Smart Host feature to do this, but can't find that in 5.5.

Any help is greatly appecriated!

Open up the Internet Mail Service connection, click the Connection tab, select Forward All Messages to Host, and type in your smtp server address.
