forwarding a call "sticks"

on one of our phones (7960) with a 7914 expansion module. when they go to forward a call there is a bout a 3 to 10 second delay in the forward?
we are running Firmware P00307020200 any ideas?

P.S
We are using Cisco CallManager Attendant Console as well.

Try to upgrade the firmware of the phone.
What version of ccm?

CCM is 4.1 (3)sr3a

can you link the firmware i should try?
