I have 2 users who very recently have started having this problem, both are using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP and both have run all available recent updates/SP's for Windows and Office.
When they try and forward email messages when working offline the messages go into their Outbox but never get sent. They try clicking on Send/Receive and still they sit there. Under the Sent column within the Outbox these messages have the sent date/time of None.
I have checked the Micorsoft site which advised to install the most recent SP's we have tried this and we have still got the problem.
Has anybody come across this before?
