Forward Mail from a mailbox to multiple external

Is this possible, I've created a contact with an external SMTP address, then added a 2nd SMTP address and that didn't work, does anybody have any ideas

If you wnat to sent to multiple addresses, you need to use a distribution group. A distribution group can contain (internal) mailboxes or (external) contacts. So, create each external SMTP address that you want to send to as a seperate contact, then add all the contacts to a distribution group.
