forward email to external domain address

i have a user who is a consulant. We setup an email address for him on our exchange server but he would like that mail forwarded to his personal email address.

please help he won't stop calling....

If you create Custom Recipient / New Internet Address.Add your Consultants email address.Open his Exchange Acct from
Recipients Container ,click Delivery Options ,near the bottom is Alternative Recipient, Modify & add the new address from the Global Address Book.You can select deliver
to both or alternate only.
Consultant should go away................
