Forward DNS and Reverse DNS Do Not Match

In troubleshooting why our Exchange 2003 server's IP address is on an RBL list, we found out that the forward DNS does not match the reverse DNS.

How can we fix this? Thanks so much for your help.

Get in touch with your ISP and ask them to add a reverse dns entry for you.
