Forward DNS and Reverse DNS Do Not Match

In troubleshooting why our Exchange 2003 server's IP address is on an RBL list, we found out that the forward DNS does not match the reverse DNS.

How can we fix this?> Thansk so much for your help.

You need to contact your IP/ISP provider to have them either:

delegate to you the reverse DNS zone, and configure your DNS server to do reverse lookup.

or

have them take a named-xfer that they use to populate their DNS server for your reverse zone.

Then you must add reverse DNS records, of course.
