Forward all calls Button 2

Trying to setup a user to allow them to forward all their calls from their phone. There is a button I created: Advanced -> Forward -> Forward Unconditional On

But it doesnt work. Calls arent forwarded, the only way I can get them to forward is if I check off "forward" on Ip Office.

Any ideas?

Have to have "Forward internal calls checked.'

Also if you have Analog Lines you need to have Trunk to Trunk transfer allowed on the Lines.

Try using the button called call forward all. It is under emulation. Then you can enter the forward number right from the phone.

yes defenately "Call Foward All" is the best way to go.
It's a toggle type of a button that allows you to foward and unfoward write from the phone.

Try it different

Make a button "Call forwarding all

you can find this in "Emulation" and then Call forwarding all

then you have a button you can press (duhhhh) then you can put in the number you want
then you only need to confirm and it is all done

if you make a button "Forward unconditional on then you still need to set a number (if not done already)

a second thing you are not flexible
with the call forwarding all you are much more flexible

tlpeter. Im ashamed to say i did not know that.

That is interesting. And much better than having 2 buttons, one for the number and one to turn it on and off.

That has told me now im going to spend a couple fo hours going through every single feature in there.

Star for you cause i didnt know that.

Very true.

To be brutally honest when i have been asked that question i have advised people they need two buttons. There was something in the back of my mind that was telling me that was a bit crap but never really questioned it.

Im loving that one.
