I am looking for a clean nice look PHP Forum code that uses TEXT files not MySql. I have seen some but can't remember where I did.

Why would you want to use text files ??,
Have a look at phpbb which I think can use ODBC. If you are on windows you get a text file ODBC driver ready installed.
