i have about 50 totals on my report footer,
what is the easiest way to put the same 50 totals on my group footer . is there away to do add the totals without having to create a new formula for each total?
How did you create the totals in the report footer? Are you trying to display the report totals at the group level or do you mean you want to show the same type of summaries, only at the group level?
In the latter case, if you have inserted summaries in the report footer, you can select them all, copy, and paste them into the group footer.
In the first case, to maintain the report level values, you would have to create summaries like:
Depending on what you're wanting, a crosstab might do the job.
It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.
