Formula for 2nd Highest Value

Requesting help on a Crystal Reports formula to report on the first, second and third highest value in a column or row.

In Excel, as an example, I might use the following formula for the second highest value in a row:
=LARGE(A1:Z1,2)

For a row with the following values, in a field I'll call Table.Qty, of: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12, what formula might I use to find the second highest value (i.e., 10).

I am using CR10.
 
Try using the NthLargest function in a formula:

NthLargest(2,{Table.Qty})
