There's a form setup that has a date field in it, this date field is in a formula that puts it in the subject line. All would work well, except sometimes the date structure is like

09/10/03
and sometimes it's like
9/10/03

This really wouldn't matter, but the whole point of putting the date in the subject line is so that they could do a sort by subject & with the zero in front it messes up the sort. I double checked the form and the structure is 9/10/03 in the properties of the date field, the one with an extra 0 isn't even available for selection. I think there is some setting that needs to be changed on each machine, but I'm not sure.

When I forward the form with the 09/10/03 structure to myself from the public folder where it was initially posted, in my inbox it comes in as 9/10/03. There has to be some setting in outlook that's overriding the regular date format (or something!).

How about in the Control Panel under Regional Options and then Date. Maybe the format set there affects the date in the message.
