I'm not sure where to post this but here goes, and if it's in the wrong section, let me know.

I'm using crystal reports to generate a form in visual studio 2003 .net.

For some reason whenever I create a text box, I the lines are extra thick, even though on older forms they are thin. I'm checked the formatting and there's no option for line thickness. Does anyone know how to change this?

Do you mean you are "displaying" a Crystal report in your application?

Where are you creating the text box: in Crystal or in the .Net form? If in Crystal, does it look the same in Crystal designer as well as in the viewer runtime component?

- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

You don't have to use the border property of text objects in Crystal -- you can insert a box around the text object. Boxes provide control over line properties...

How do I insert a box around the text object. What I mean by this, is there anywayto insert a box around the text object so that it's borders automatically match the width and height of the text item, so that I don't need to resize it?

Also, I'm creating the form in .net, not in crystal, however, yes I am displaying a crystal form in my application.

Ok, I figured out the problem, I had to manually adjust the top values for the text boxes because using the controls on the textbox were not "accurate" enough.
