You mean you want something like this?
[tt]<option><strong>Hello</strong> There</option>[/tt]
Not possible. You'd have to create some overly-difficult div object that will APPEAR to be a drop-down box. It's not worth the effort.
You CAN, however, have your options appear like this:
Beer
Budweiser
Coors
Michelob
Food
Pizza
Ice Cream
Donuts
Where you would be able to format "Beer" and "Food" to look the same.
