I have a report with two tables on it. The bottom table is positioned relative to the top table.

When I save the file as either a .rep or .pdf, when I look at the documents produced the spacing between the two tables is exactly how I set it.

However, when I save the report as html, there is a huge gap between the two tables. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it happening?

Thanks
Suz

Hi Suz,

I checked at the HTML generated and it looks fine in .rep, .html, .pdf. Which version are you using????

Sri

I am using 5.1.6.

I think I've solved the problem. It looks like when the wrapping text feature is switched on in the body of the table then there is lots of space between the tables. I switched off the wrapping, saves as html and it looks ok.

I still don't understand why this would happen though.
