How do I format a date field from Paradox 9 (with ODBC connection) in Microsoft Word 2000?

Formatting date field?

I produce contracts of employment and letters with mail merges from Paradox 9 to Word and am guessing that you have had the same problem as me. You are best off doing the formatting on the Paradox table before it is used for the Word document.
Please let me know the specific problem if you need any further help.
