OK - I knew the answer to this once but for the life of me, I can't remember - I have an if statement in a merge letter that reads a field containing data that looks like "2002 fund name" - My problem is that word reads the 2002 part and makes its decision based on that and not the entire field - I know there is some way to format the statement so that word will read the entire entry, but I can't remember it. Can anyone help me and I promise to write it down this time?!
