Hi,
I need to format my numbers to thousands.
Example:
57,000 to 57
58,985 to 59
58,350 to 58

Why not divide by 1000 and round? Something like
Code: 
 Round({value]/1000)

This is for Crystal 8.5. It helps if you specify your verison.
