How to Format 720Kb Floppy disc in windows XP, anybody know?

Didn't we have a discussion about blocking up one of the holes in a normal floppy to make it 720kb.

You can review linney's links as well, it is possible to do the 720k.

But, I am not convinced it is worth it.
