We just finished an upgrade from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2002. However, after the upgrade, messages that once were viewed as RTF are now formatted as Plain Text. For example, we have faxes emailed to us via a 3rd party. These come in the form of an email message. On Outlook 97 they were coming in as RTF. We would then save the entire message as a Word doc for later viewing. Well after the upgrade, if you go into that same message it is showing up as Plain Text and you can no longer save it as a Word document.
