Form_NOT Mouse Bloody Move Event

I've got a pop-up menu popping up when you right click on a listview. It's all working fine, apart from the stupid menu doesn't disappear when I want it to. I would like it to close when the mouse moves off of it.

Any ideas on the best way to approach this?
