Form won't display!

I've created a form from a query. The query consists of data from three tables. The form looks fine in design view but when I want to view it, and to input data, the form displays as a blank page. ANY suggestions are welcome.

Check the Allow Properties of your form.....AllowEdits, AllowAdditions, AllowDeletions......Usually these are set to Yes....I don't remember exactly, but I think AllowEdits set to no will do this... Programming isn't a profession of choice.
