I inherited this database. So...
Anyone had this problem or may have a solution for me it would be greatly appreciated. The Form and subform have a bunch of combos and radial buttons that are based on field names from an Inspections table. When I click the save button or go to the next record it Saves 3 different records. **If I have entered data on all 3 forms. First record has the linking fields with data from main form (Fields 1-19). 2nd record has linking fields with data from page 2 form (Fields 20-34). 3rd record has linking fields with data from page 3 form (Fields 34-35). The main form is set up with a tab control the brings up the sub forms by clicking on page 2 and 3. Page 1 is the main form. Now **If I enter data on just the main form, and save I get 1 record saved but only fields 1-19 are populated even though there is default values in fields from all forms. Thanks for any advice someone can give.

OK, Is there a best way to do this or do I just need to recreate the fields on a page 2 and page 3? uh o
But my main form is 22" (max) and 1st subform is 22", 2nd subform is 8". Does creating multiple pages get around the 22" max form length? This might be why the original creater went to sub forms. Ugggg Any advice.
