Form Windows overlap one another

Hey all,

I am stuck:
I have a form with contact details (maximised) and a search contact button. When I click the srch button, the frmSearch should pop up (in the center, over the contact details form) - I currently do this with a command button that runs a macro "openForm" ... but sometimes it appears in the back of the contact details form so I can't see it! And when it does appear, and I click the name in the frmSearch that brings me back to the Contact Details, the Contact Details form is not maximised anymore as I want it to be.

Any idea on how I make this work?

You set the Pop-Up and Modal properties of the pop-up form to True.
