Hi all,

Does anyone know of any other official newsgroups or forums where I can ask questions pertaining to DW4?

I have a problem with a form tag taking up space and creating scrollbars where I don't want them. Turning scrolling=no on a Mac does not work reliably.

This is what's happening: I have a frameset with a central frame being the main focus. I want to insert a table that is 700 x 323 from Fireworks. I insert it and it creates scrollbars because Fireworks automatically makes a 1 pixel shimline around the table to keep it in place. I reduce it to 698 x 321 (2 pixels on either side) and it is sorted on a pc and on IE on a mac. The problem lies with netscape. The page has a form tag, and netscape sees this as extra space and creates scrollbars. I reduce the table to 690 x 313 (10 pixels on either side) and it is still giving me scrollbars and it is still taking forever to load.

Any ideas from experienced web programmers...no time wasters please.

to tell u the blunt truth, there is no way that scroll bar will disappear unless you make everything small enough to fit them all. but then they would be very small to read wouldnt it? the best ou can do is set table cellspacing and cellpadding to 0. no matter where you put the form tag, netscape always read that as an extra line. sori bro, dont waste your time on that coz u might be going nowhere!
