Well there is one of our clients using purchase workflow and there is a form for approving requisitions that they are paranoid about.
They would like a prompt to enter a password when that form is attempted to be opened so that people do not get an approvers machine unattended and approve something.

Add a parameter to the Crystal report that prompts for a password, then put logic in the selection criteria that uses that parameter.
