What do you mean?&nbsp;&nbsp;You can do this in several ways depending on your intent.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your form can be based on a query that selects only a single record.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can open the form with a filter.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can open the form with a Where condition.<br><br>Look up &quot;OpenForm&quot; in the index of the Help.
