Form Refresh?

OK here's a 'weird' one. (at least weird on my end)

I have a form that I've created. But when I run the program it showes an older version of that form. But when I compile it to an EXE it shows the new version!

is there anyway to fix this? I've rebooted the machine and normal things to that effect.
