Ok, I have a form that adds in new records (for a booking). It is possible to flick between the newly added records, until the form is closed and re-opened, then none of the records that do exist (as they are in the table), appear in the form. Any ideas?
Thanks
Bean

Check the property sheet, data, for the form. If "Data Entry" has 'Yes', then you can use the form only for entering new records. You will not be able to edit records entered before you opened the form. If you wish to edit existing records, enter 'No' in "Data Entry". You will still be able to enter new records by clicking the asterisk in the navigation buttons. Gus Brunston  An old PICKer, using Access2000. I manage Suggestions welcome. padregus@attbi.com

Bob, it sounds like you have the "DataEntry" property of the form set to "Yes". Go to the form in design view, and set this property to "No". This should then expose all existing records associated with your recordsource property.
