Hello all,

it's been a while since i used access. I used it a lot for website development with Cold Fusion. So i never really used forms before.

I have some tables which i want to fill using a form. But when i make the form myself i can't seem to set the right control elements for the fields and when i use the form wizard no fields appear on the screen (in the form). When i open the form in design mode there all there.

Maybe my question is a little wide-ranged, but i hope someone has the primary key! Wouter

To me, boxing is like a ballet, except there's no music, no choreography, and the dancers hit each other.

There must be something wrong with the recordset, do you have any data in your table(s) for this form.
Does any forms in this database work?

This is the first form in the db.

Tables:

Issue (IssueID, Productname, Version, Description, Status, Date, Personname, Category, release)

Category (CatID, Category)

Product (ProductID, Productname)

Status (StatusID, Status)

Person (PersonID, Personname)

The issue table is the main table. Fields productname, Category, Status and Personname wil be select boxes and be taken from those tables. Wouter

1. Try making a form with only one table.
2. If this works, and I think it will, then add new tables until the form crasches.
