Forice Security Policy to load on SecureClient

I'm rolling out SecurClient FP2 and would like to know if there is a way to force the client to automatically download the Security Policy to the client.

2nd, I would like for this to be in place at all times. The idea is that our travelling users are always protected by our Policy whenever they are connected to the Internet.
