Foreign package dependency

I am attempting to install Oracle HTMLDB and am having issues with installation...

Backgound:
New to Oracle
Test platform set up w/ 10g running on Suse 9 Enterprise Edition

I have located the required package
compat-db-4.0.14-5.i386.rpm
however YAST complains that it needs libtcl8.3.so, which I cannot seem to locate. Oracle seems to be demanding packages that are foreign to SUSE's Enterprise 9 edition... Any suggestions appreciated...

libtcl8.3.so sounds like a TCL library to me.
