Forcing a login for certain users...

In some departments we have a standard user login for windows 2000. Is there a way to force those certain logins to be prompted for a login into ISA server (the login in the internet browser)

Do not allow the general user out to the internet. Instead create another user who is allowed out and give them the username and password to that account also. This will make IE return a user logon prompt becuase the NT user is not allowed out. Then the user can enter in their internet password.
