Force Trunk Out of Service 5

Is there a way to put an IP office trunk (in my case a SIP trunk) out of service via a short code or button programming versus the manager?

I'm assuming it's a "NO", but it can't hurt to ask!

I know it sounds crazy, but my I have a very small system running over SIP/cable modem at the house. When I'm out I wanted to force the trunk out so that Vitelity (my sip provider) would automatically failover forward to me cell. Which they do in the event the trunk is out of service.

I realize that I could accomplish this with the system by initiating an outbound forward, but it gets clippy and laggy when two SIP calls are bridged to a cell.

I figured as much... and I'm not crazy I promise!
