Force the creation of a Form

I have a form that pulls from 4 different tables. How can I make a field from one of the tables create a form for this new field?

I don't know what you intend to have happen...

Maybe you want to use the form wizard (create a new form and select the wizard in the dialog box)?

Maybe you want to add a combobox to your form?

I don't understand this statement. I think you need to describe in more detail what you want to do.
