Force Roaming profiles from server 1

Anyway, JMcAlister and I answered it. Briefly, you can't stop profiles from being copied down to the local machine at least temporarily, but you can prevent them from staying there by doing the following:
In group policy under the Computer Configuration section, activate the policy "Delete cached copies of Roaming profiles" from the Administrative Templates\System\Logon sub-folder
