Is there a limit to letters one can put in a footer? when I print out my schedule, I have room to put more of a footer, however it will not allow me to add anything else to the footer-is there a way to change that?

footer problems

I just tested with 200 characters of text in each of the left, centre and right elements of the footer and had no problems.
(Perhaps you are confusing the Legend -- which has limited text entry -- with the Footer.)
Files | Page Setup | and click on the Footer tab.
Click on either the Left, Centre or Right tab.
Click in the blank box beneath Left, Centre, Right and start typing.

There is a limit to the number of characters available in a footer or header. I believe its 256 but if not its around that figure
