MS Project Header/Footer

What view are you trying to print? Did you create header/foot information in that view? Header/footers are per view. If you added a footer to Calendar view and then print preview the Gantt chart view, the footer won't be there. Print preview the view, click Page Setup, and confirm the header/footer data is there on the Header and Footer tabs.
