Font problem

I've just received a Quark document that uses Futura medium. I've noticed that the bottom part of the lower case "g" is cut off and I don't know how to fix it. I'm using Quark 4.1 and the document was also created in 4.1.

Dose it print out that way? On my screen some fonts cut the botom off of hanging charactors but when printing they are fine.

Yes the font prints this way, that's why I'm stumped!
