Font printing problems

I am having problems printing in qurak 4.1, It changes my fonts to a standard font when I print to a Lanier (networked) when I print to an HP it prints out an error, I can print the same fonts in work with no problem, The machine is running XP. I have tried using soft fonts and all the options under true type download option, any other suggestions??

first of all XP is not at all supported platform for QXP 4.x. Try using anyother WIN platform other than XP

secondly are you getting Courier substitution? pls write back

Have you tried making a pdf of the page & printing out of acrobat - I've used that as a workaround when my printer didn't like the fonts I was using.

That is what we are doing now but no one likes that option (I guess they are just whiney)
