font not printing or displaying properly..sometimes.

I have subreport that uses "Arial Unicode MS (Western) 8pt" as the font. Now the strange thing that's happening is that on maybe 1 in 1000 workstations the font displays incorrectly, as well as not printing out at all. Have any ideas what might be the problem? Would the corrupt be the fonts on the workstation? The font used on the actual report (not the subreport) is " Arial (Western) 8pt".

Presumably the Arial Unicode MS (Western) 8pt isn't on the problematic workstations, so the report substitutes.

One way to test this is to ask them to export the report to Excel or Word, if the font isn't correct after export, they probably don't have it.

Also note that Crystal is printer based, so if some users have different printers, you might see a slight difference in the display and printing.

Did you ever solve this problem???? I just upgraded to CR9 and never had this type of probelm before and I'm having it now.
