Font gets smaller over time?

Pretty bizarre...
Perhaps someone else is opening these reports and saving them, or you're using different printers?
Since the font information is saved with the reports, and is printer based, Crystal will adjust the font if it doesn't have what was saved.
Check the modified dates on the reports, and also make sure that you design for the same printer and fonts on the server.
