I'm using Acrobat Distiller 3.01 for Windows and I have my font locations listed using the options from the menu: Distiller - Font Locations. However, when I distill files, it still says it can't find the files I've used and they're basic system fonts, Arial, Times New Roman, etc. Should I be directing Distiller to find fonts any other way? I have the 3 font folders that I could find on my system listed.

Any tips for not getting it to revert to courier? Also, can you change the default font?

Thanks!

Does the PostScript file you're distilling have embedded fonts?

I've seen this before - I think it's because these are system fonts and Distiller can't find any printer fonts to work with... just screen fonts
