Font changes when creating rtf document with VFP

With VFP7 I'm trying to create a new .rtf document that inserts data from a foxpro database into an existing rtf document. That works fine but the font changes in one part of the document from Verdana to Times New Roman. I've looked in the .rtf document with notepad but can't explain why this happens.
Does anyone know how I can prevent this form happening?

In Word, take a look at Tools, Options, Font Substitution.
