I have just purchased a mac with system OX 10. I'am having problems in Quark Xpress with the appearance of fonts on the screen. I have just downloaded ATM (Adobe Type Manager)but the problem is not fixed. I don't have a font suitcase or Font Reserve. I'm wondering if one of those is necessary in order to smooth out the fonts.

I have downloaded ATM Light and installed it in OS9, I also went into ATM Light to turn on font smoothing and I'm still experiencing font display problems.
I'm wondering if this problem might be occuring because I originally installed Quark through OSX?
