Folder write to CD from VFP

Hy!
Can I write folder to CD drive from VFP. I like to make some easy task for users. Click on menu and all data from specific folder goes to CD.

If they have XP, you may be able to use Windows Scripting Host to copy files to the CD folder, but there isn't really a way to automate writing them.
