FNA to Cell Phone 1

I have a crazy sales person that insists that their calls get transferred to their cell phone instead of going to voice mail. So I built an ACDN NCFW to cell. i assigned this ACDN to the FDN but the set just rings without transfer. Anyone got any ideas?

I never found DNXP was needed to FDN to lengthy numbers. Maybe I remember wrong. I know the books say you need it.
