I have a crazy sales person that insists that their calls get transferred to their cell phone instead of going to voice mail. So I built an ACDN NCFW to cell. i assigned this ACDN to the FDN but the set just rings without transfer. Anyone got any ideas?

Can you duplicate the problem when you call his extension? Is it the same internally and externally?

I think you have to add the 9 to the number in your NCFW.

if i call the acdn itself, the cell phone rings no problem, so i know the acdn is setup correctly.
and the issue is the same internally or externally. the desk set just rings and rings and it never goes anywhere

Jut define the phones FDN as 9+cell phone number, that's what I'd do.

it has been changed to fttu, but i cannot get in touch with the locals to coordinate a test.

i just tried to call it, it still rings 15+ without going anywhere

However, Gene makes an excellent point if you have Pkg DNXP 150 - just FDN 9xxxxxxx

the suggestion GHTROUT made corrected the issue
