flushing old contact information from Outlook 2003

Does anyone know how to flush out the old address information in Outlook? A user was recently migrated to a new server but the old address are resolving to the original server.

I assume that you're referring to Outlook's nickname cache

In Outlook XP (2002) and 2003, it's stored in a .nk2 file, clear that file
